	Steven Perry: Steve has 16 years experience in radio which includes management role at United Christian Broadcasters and launching/managing the UK’s first FM Station Cross Rhythms City. Steve now runs his own media consultancy.

	Marg Hardcastle: After a successful career in marketing and public relations Marg took the decision to move into Church leadership and is now a minister in the Baptist church. She currently oversees Stoke Baptist Church in the city of Stoke-on-Trent.

	Ramona Hirschi: Ramona has a legal background, currently practising at corporate solicitors Kent, Jones and Done in North Staffordshire. Originally from Maylasia, Ramona spent several years living and working in Switzerland before moving to the UK in 2006.

	Stephen Wilshaw: Steve has been a committed supporter of Christian media for many years. He has a wealth of relevant experience having headed up the Audio Visual department at Hope Community Church since 2005. He also serves on their extended leadership team.
