Actor, musician and DJ Idris Elba has teamed up with New York producers, The Knocks for a euphoric new single ‘One Fine Day’. The work also features guest vocals from South London rapper Tiggs Da Author.
Elba is donating 100 per cent of his royalties to the Black Cultural Archives organisation based in Brixton, London. London based electronic house producer Blinkie was featured in this weeks Track of the Week, played earlier this evening on Steve’s Midweek Evening Show.
“With everything that’s going on in the world right now, this song feels very relevant. We just want to spread some hopeful vibes during these trying times,” said The Knocks, aka Ben “B-Roc” Ruttner and James “JPatt” Patterson. Plus, Steve liked it too!
