Until 2014, Mark was a GP in Sheffield, UK. He is a published author and his latest is about the true story of a Royal Navy surgeon in WW2 who saved the lives of 2 Admirals. It is meticulously researched and must have been a labour of love considering the subject was his dad. How positive or negative was it to try and attain his father’s career? How therapeutic was it to write about his late dad? Why did Mark write a book about abortion? What flak did he get? What illnesses has Mark had to battle with? What happened?
